Partner Disclosure

Transparency about commercial relationships matters. This page explains when SET UP A earns money from a partner introduction and how that affects what we recommend.

When a referral fee applies

Some partner introductions may generate a commercial referral fee, affiliate commission or other commercial benefit for SET UP A, paid by the partner. Where that applies to an introduction being offered to you, we tell you at the time.

You are never charged by SET UP A for being introduced to a partner.

How this affects recommendations

We do not present an introduction as independent advice where a commercial relationship exists. If you would prefer a comparison without any commercially linked provider, say so and we will tell you what categories to look at instead.

How partners are selected

Partners are selected on relevance to the business model you are building and their ability to serve UK businesses. We work with a limited number of providers per category so introductions remain meaningful.

We do not publish partner names before an arrangement exists, and we do not list companies we do not work with.

What we will not do

We will not fabricate awards, reviews, client numbers, partnerships, accreditations, statistics or testimonials, and we will not claim to provide a service that is actually delivered by a partner.

This document will be finalised with registered company details, a registered office address and an ICO registration reference once those are confirmed. It is published now so the site's legal framework is transparent from launch.
